Come puppy pose with us @ Yoga Six Nine Mile & Women of the World for International Women’s Day!

All ages & gender expressions welcome!

Class starts at 2pm,  be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early for the class to sign our waiver, or sign here before you attend  

The pups will be wearing cute green outfits and you can too! 

Class is 45 minutes long and you will have 15 minutes after class to take pictures, play and fill out adoption applications! 

💜Rescue Puppy Yoga finds fosters, funds and forever homes for animals in need. We’re so excited to be bringing puppy poses and down dog a whole new meaning!
